Shadow Brook is an all age mobile home community located near the city of Palmetto in Manatee County Florida.
It has a large community pool, twelve shuffleboard courts and a clubhouse that features a full kitchen, library, pool table, bingo machine and a large screen TV setting area. Gulf beaches, shopping and many of Florida's most popular attractions are only a short drive away.

Residents must pass criminal and financial background checks to reside within Shadow Brook.
