If you recently purchased your property, it may take substantially longer depending where you are at in the closing process. Lately, it is taking Manatee County 30 days or longer to update property records. If we are unable to verify ownership after this period, an email will be sent to you explaining what is happening and the steps you may pursue to rectify the situation.
Please keep in mind that the Shadow Brook Board of Directors is an unpaid, volunteer organization and user registrations are processed as time permits. Thank you for your understanding.
